Does BOSS A Good Listener??

Hhmmm.... Think about it, i had been working for many years & of cos with few bosses.

I can said that those bosses i worked with, were a "NOT BAD" bosses but of cos there're few bosses that are really not easy to work with. (i can only said that it's really KNS & @#$%^&*)...

Recalled back there's a case, after i resigned & got a new job within 2 weeks. I was called up by "POLICE" that my former boss was committed to a "CASE" i mean "CRIME"... Well, i cant said out the actual reasons, but it's my first time to be summonned to "COURT" to be a witness to give some evidence. Of cos, i was interviewed by the Police Prosecutor before attended the Court. I still can remembered that the Prosecutor was a young guy & on his desk, put a toy of M&M choclate. It's cute & can still can buy it from shoppings.

And as for in the Court, the atmosphere was very COOL & STRICT & QUIET. I had to swear & read out the clauses that what i mentioned in Court is "TRUE", than later the Judges started to question me. After done, i juz walked away w/o looking at my former boss. Not only me was summoned to the Court, almost all of my ex-colleagues were had to attend it.

Actually, this boss, i can said he's a good boss but sad that he committed a crime.

Everybody in working life, will encountered a GOOD or BAD boss... Some bosses which are very good that they're able to stand by your side to help you on the scope of work, well other bosses, they only take care of themselve & hack care of what happened to you, cos they're NOT A GOOD LISTENER as they alway think they're "BOSS", they won't think so much on you but only themselve.

Talk about Boss a "GOOD" Listener, so what do you think of?

I can said that a GOOD boss is willing to listen what his/her staffs encounter any problem & help to solve the problem togather as well as put themselve into your shoe to learn the actual causes & etc... With this kind of boss, working in office will be a happy life.

BUT... what if have a BAD listener or not even listen as your boss, what would you be? I can imagine how it feel like cos i encountered it also.

It's really a nightmare... i can said that...

I came across BAD boss that they dont put themselve into your shoes & told you to find another alternative options to solve the problem but sometime other options may cause problem & when it's happen, the boss will pinpoint at you that you didnt do it well... That's the worst thing happen... Another things are, they will hack care what happened to you & let you answer for the full incident or will push their responsibility to you & etc...

I HATE this kind of boss... which only think of themselve & didnt even take care of their staffs... they only take credit but let their staffs suffered...

I'm wondering that boss should go thru the full process of what their staffs doing & togather with their staffs & not cos "I'm your boss", you have to listen & follow all instruction cos boss is not working in front line, they wouldnt get to know what happen. They only based on their thinking & feeling to tell you what you should do & what shouldn't do...

My Korea Trip (14th - 20th Nov'08)

It’s been a month after I’m backed from my Korea Trip since last Nov’08 and I admitted that I’m lazy to post my trip’s photos in my blog but my frenz wantsto view… so I do it…keke^-^

Overall, I’m quiet enjoyed the trip to Korea cos the WEATHER there… was so cooling & very cooling… & i will be back. I think the temperature there at that time should be about 3 degree & on our last day was -6 degree (but no snow, so wasted, but i heard that the next day, it's started snowing...again more wasted). The cold wing was like “SLAPPING” my face… really very "Strong Wing"….

However, another thing was, I personally felt that Korean people aren’t that friendly… I mean AUNTIES & UNCLES of age about 40+ & abv but... I came across a guy of age abt 30+ (STUPID GUY)… I was damn pissed off with him. That was when we’re at Seoul Tower, I was standing right in front of the window (that showed the distance to Singapore indicated 4,651.90KM) waiting for 3 guys to walk off (2 uncles & that IDIOT guy).

That 2 uncles were chatting & chatting & ignored me standing behind them, so I got my tour guide to help me to tell 2 uncles that I would like to take photos… so guess what these 2 uncles did… I looked at their faces, they’re unwilling to walk away but have no choice except that really really IDIOT GUY… he juz standed at the side of the window, didn’t even bother to walk away & let me had the whole pic of myself… DAMN IT… My colleague told me that maybe this guy wants to appear in my photo as my DREAM GUY… WHAT!!! HUH!!!... Excuse ME!!!... this KIND of guy??? you sent FREE to me, I also don’t want him cos he got NO COURTESY & NO MANNERS…

This was the IDIOT GUY who don't want to walk away...

My colleague even told me that one day when she was in toilet, an aunty came to BANG at her door… she was shocked that how come this happened & didn’t reacted it… I told her that if it’s me the one in the toilet, I think I will also get shock but maybe will reacted to scold “KP” out loud… hehe… Don’t say I’m RUDE hor… think they more RUDE than us…

My colleague & I ever got banged by some uncles or aunties while walking on the street… they juz thought that the ROADS are belong to their (Yes, I know they paid TAX), they won’t excuse you & juz banged at you & that’s almost made us fell down…

Think they should learn how to GIVE WAY & be MORE COURTESY & POLITE… This really unlike what we watched the Korean Drama that they’re so polite & courtesy… Perhaps only apply to their loves one & in dramas…

Well... let's enjoy viewing some of pics taken... OH!!! I had taken about 200+ pics include 3 vidoes & i almost spent about S$120 to buy FACESHOP's Mask (cos it was really really cheaper than here, think abt at least 60-70% discount less... who don't want to buy it unless don't know this shop's name or don't use this brand of mask), so total i bought were 64 pcs of masks for myself. HAHAHA... With that, i can use up to 8mths that every twice a week... keke... I will have a pretty face after 8 mths...

at last i reached the Mount Sorak, i have to climb many stairs which included proper stairscase & rock steps... while climbing, i felt so tired cos i didnt do any exercise for few yrs already & when reached the top, i was perspired like hell & took out my windbreaker & of cos if can, i want to take out my sweater as well... never forgot this EXERCISE...keke..^-^

As for our meals, i can said i really really enjoyed it very much cos i love to eat & eat & eat... Most are BBQ & Shabu Shabu & of cos spicy rice cakes (i love it so much)... Shoju & etc...

Spicy Rice Cakes & Shoju (Wine) (only 4 of us when to this Korean Restaurant after our late shopping @ Dongdaemun)... the Shoju costed us WON3000/ bottle but outside our hotel got a 24hrs shop that only sell WON1300... such a different...

Life is Unpredictable.

Why do I say this? Cos this morning rec’d a phone call from my frenz that one of our frenz cum ex-colleague is GONE, I mean he PASSED AWAY. I was so shocked and just can’t believe that he suddenly dies and left his wife and a son of age ard 4-5yrs old.

My last time saw him was 3yrs back during my frenz’s wedding, I was shocked to see him and later knew he was my frenz’s cousin’s husband. This WORLD is so Small. At that time, before the wedding started, we chit chat & laughed along but now heard that he was gone. I felt so sad to miss this frenz, although we seldom see each other.

I always believe that our Life was already been arranged and planned by GOD once we’re born into this world. Some born to have just few hrs in a day and passed away but of cos some born to leave to age of 100yrs old or above, just like my grandmother, whose age of 104 and passed away 3yrs back and last yr, my grandma passed away at age of 85. I still remember my mum told me about my grandma before she passed away, she told my 5th aunty that she wants to goes to sleep and she saw my 5th aunt’s husband’s dad, which is my grandpa that passed away 20+ yrs ago. My 5th aunty was shocked to hear what my grandma said to her & quickly she called up all my grandma’s son & daughter & sent grandma to hospital. After few talked with them, she SMILED & had her LONG SLEEP forever. I miss you Grandma, really really missed you.

When I was young, I always believe that FATE isn’t under our Control but I understand some people don’t believe it as they think that their Life is under their Control. But let’s think it, sometime you planned to do something and have put lots of effect but end up, it’s failed. Even if you tried few times, it’s still failed. You can’t blame yourselves that you didn’t work harder but in fact you did.

We won’t know how long or when our Life will be end or how it was been planned or arranged by GOD. Our every seconds of living is a new happening to us, I think of.

So, while we are still alive, we MUST cherish our Life and of cos our love ones and not wait till something happened badly and felt regret or sorry but it’s TOO LATE that you can’t turn back the clock.

LAZY and TIRED

It’s been few weeks I didn’t post any blog, I can say that I’m lazy and a bit tired of thinking what to post about it but there’s another thing I didn’t post my blog cos I’m not feeling well again. This time of cos not fever & running nose or block nose, it’s due to my body, my hand suddenly felt numb and cold. So I went to see traditional chinese doctor 3 times and cost me total $100+ but luckily, able to claim back from company.

However, now I’m well but still have to be caution on foods intake that I can’t always have it, so I have to control my diet cos I LOVE to eat and eat and eat….keke ^_^

As a blogger, of cos I would like to post my blog everyday or every twice few days but when there’s no topics to write or lazy to do it, I will stop it. Blog, to me is only a way for me to write my point of views and not to offence anyone who’s reading my blog as blog is known as “my dairy”. If a reader gets angry on the topic of bloggers had written, which mean the reader admits he/she is the story but it could be a good way to let the readers more understand on themselves and let’s change it but however, it’s depend on themselves whether to change it or still let people hate it.

It’s up to them to decide.

yup, i'm sick again... Hate it so much...

this time, i got block nose & fever... OMG!! whole body ache... due to the weather sometime so sunny & suddenly rained like cat & dog...

although still sick, i still went to worked last Thursday (no choice), have to checked stocks inventory as we're shifting to another warehouse. but when i reached home, i dont have any appetite & just simply eat some foods cos I can felt my body is getting warmer to hot….

I’m weak… now taking Yomeishu….

Behave Yourself “Students”

This morning about 8.15am, while on my way to office, there’re about 4 to 5 secondary students aboard the bus going somewhere else… Hmm… wondering at this time, they should be in the school unless their lessons start in afternoon. But if their lessons are in morning, which mean they are playing hooky.

This let me recalled my school old days… of cos I didn’t played hooky, I’m a good student but some of my guys classmates; they did it & were punished by our teacher. Keke ^_^

These few students are playing in the bus & using some vulgar languages. When one of the students intended to take a seat while talking with his friends, a woman standing at the rear door of the bus raised her voices to them to tell them to “BEHAVE” themselves as they are wearing their school uniform & yes, they behaved themselves. Actually this student didn’t let the seat to the elderly but because of the woman who told them to behave, his friend pulled him off & let the elderly had the seat.

Nowadays, we can see that no matters is primary or secondary students are much much different from our school old days that that time, we really scared of our teachers & dare not talked back to them as we will get punishment from the school & of cos from our parent but didn’t denied that we do played prank on our teacher but not as bad as now what students had treated their teachers.

Actually, not only teachers have to play a part of their roles to educate their students in proper manners & education in fact parent, they themselves also have to play an important roles that they should show their cares & not just pamper their children even if their children did the wrong things. Ever read newspaper that parent went to school & confronted the teacher that why they scolded their children or punished their children & etc cases… The matter is does those parents know or understand their children’s behavior & what they have done in the school? Or did their children actually tell their parent the true fact of why the school punished them? Or the school just punished them for no reason? There must be reason for any punishment, rite?

However, I wouldn’t say that teachers are always in their right position that sometime they will get angry with some students & scolded them “you’re stupid” or even throw books on them & etc cases…

So let us think another way that what’s made the teachers or schools have to punish their students in the classroom or in the public during school assembly & to let whole school students watched it & what’s make the students to play prank / hooky or treat their teachers very bad? Same here, that there must be a reason.

No matter what reason is that, the BEST thing is to sit together (student & teacher) & let’s talk together with door close. Students & teachers must build up a GOOD relationship & not BAD & end up turn sour relationship that will make things more worst that may unable to change back to good.

Sudden SICK

WAH!! i didn’t post anything in my blog for these few days already... Yes, i was sick... No, not sick for so many days cos before i sick, i was busying & busying & suddenly felt uncomfortable one day when on my way to work. I have no choice but to alighted half way & stay at the bus stop for about 10 mins to let myself feel better a bit... I was thinking whether to take cap back home or to the city to see Chinese Medicine Clinic & so later, i decided to go & see Chinese Doctor.

Taxi’s fare was so expensive… but I have no choice but to take it…

HaHa!! BUT… the Chinese Medicine more EXPENSIVE… luckily, company enable us to claim it, otherwise, my heart more pain….

Now I’m well & still taking the medicine as was given for 7 days… luckily, I don’t mind to take Chinese medicine… still have to go back the clinic to buy those medicines in order to build up my body more healthy…

I WANT TO BE HEALTHY...

Drink BOILED WATER is GOOD for your HEALTH

Have you drink water today? I mean “PLAIN BOILED WATER”, ok…

I noticed that most people used to drink coffee, tea & soft drinks to substitute boiled water, which is very WRONG. Do you know that plain boiled water is much much better than drinking all those abovementioned? Such as Coffee contains "caffeine" & this will cause to have high blood pressure. The blood pressure is excessively high, is one of wound kidney's important attributes.

I have a colleague that I don’t see her drink “PLAIN BOILED WATER” in office hour but 1 or 2 cups of coffee only… Hmmm, wondering is she a CAMEL?? Take note, this will cause your health especially your KIDNEY to have problem sooner or later…

Don’t ever regret as it’s too LATE when your health rings you an alarm.

Most people don’t like to drink plain boiled water is could be they think it’s not IMPORTANT & the taste of boiled water is too plain, but in fact, it’s will cause a big problem to your body. To understand it, our vivo metabolism’s waste is mainly processes by the liver and the kidney. The kidney is responsible to mediate in vivo moisture content and electrolyte balanced more importantly.

Solution
Make it a habit to drink more plain water that helps to dilutes the urine & let the urine discharge fast. yeah, I don’t need to spend a single cent on air ticket & accommodation except for my own expenses. Hmmm, if expenses also under company, it will be more wonderful... hehe...

i will only posted some photos cos too much... enjoy viewing it... its really nice in Clud Med that you can plan for your coming trip here...

The beach is really nice & full of tourists already there early in the morning enjoying their sea sports, doing sun tan & etc… only me & 1 of my colleague went to the beach but end up I got myself sun burned & have to cancel my spa message cos its really pained…

but luckily, I brought 2 facial gel masks with me, instead of using it on my face, end up pasted on my back. It was so cooling cos i putted it in the fridge & its really workable for my back to release the burning & pain at once...

Lemon Fish's tip to you that if you're going for your sea sports or sun tan, bring along some gel mask & put in the fridge to let it cold & then you apply on your face or body... its really release your pain & moisture your skin as well...

believe or not, i striked the center... but only one time... rests of the shooting falls on the side level...

What a pity! Actually i intended to upload a video of whole table full of strawberries pies, strawberries cakes, strawberries & chocolate for your viewing but the uploading took up so much time & so i have to cancel it... perhaps use your imagination that FULL table is place with all STRAWBERRIES. It's was so tempting & made me want to eat all strawberries.

this happen at my office building…at level 7th…

No…no…no… don’t think about something that start with a letter “G” & end with a “T”…

I got no means to offence anyone or insulting... just wondering WHY & HOW only!!!
I got a doubt on who is this person (a LADY or… ?) that during releasing urine, can sprinkle the whole toilet bowl cover??? Yes, I’m not joking & it’s true…

Hmmm... wonders HOW she “sprayed” around...huh!! or PLAYING?? I can’t imagine that this lady really standing up for her releasing that caused whole cover was her "BELONGING" & didn’t even bothered to use toilet tissue to clean it after use it but of cos, she did the flushing b4 going out… for those who use the cubic (included me – very shuai (unlucky), will have to clean it b4 use it...DAMN IT... feel like we’re cleaning her butt… how can this woman be like that. Wondering is she having some problems that caused her has to stand up but I still can't figure out how she sprinkles around???

anyone of u have any idea??

If one day I happen to know this lady, I will definitely tell her off & ask her to clean it… make her do it b4 she leaves…DAMN IT!!

I ever saw news that there's an innovation of using something like a "V" cup for lady to use & so don't need to sit on the toilet bowl in fact in standing position...is that lady using it? But the news didn’t announce that its will cause to sprinkle around the cover…

However, another worst thing coming on the way…

As the toilet flush got problem…the water is too slow & little, this caused us have to press the button (actually it’s an auto sensor) continuously & fast in order to have more water flush out & flush away the "belonging"… I mean “Faeces” as well…believe it or not…some time the “belonging” was not flushed away… eer... eer... & of cos this caused the toilet smelly & no one dare or want to use that cubic…end up, poor cleaner had to suffer from it, they have no choice but to go into that cubic to flush it cos it’s time to wash toilet…I’m wondering do those ladies do the same thing at their own home. Think they will be more conscious & cleanliness cos they have to wash their toilet… also make sure you guys don’t do the same thing…

don’t ever think that it’s a public toilet & you just anyhow make it dirty but one day you will also suffer from it…

So…we must be gratitude those cleaners that always washed the toilet clean & fresh for us to use it…

Haven’t reached the coffee shop, I can already smell a bit of sour & curry favor…

Since last year don’t know when, me & my frenz kept saying 1 day we meet up for our lunch will come here to eat this curry fish head & at last, haha… yes, we made it…

This coffee shop located at Amoy Street (Ocean Curry Fish Head) – if I'm not wrong…u can see lots of people queuing up to buy their lunch & of cos as well enjoy this curry fish head… they do serve other dishes & also quite nice…

ordered 3 dishes..."curry fish head" of cos...as only me & my frenz eating, we ordered small half side of fish head

fish meats are tender & juicy... & of cos don’t forget the curry gravy…its so tasty that I kept scoop by scoop drank the gravy but think not like previously that spicy already…however, still very tasty & nice to eat…

"fish otah"...once u eat it, you can feel the inner part is soft that you didn’t even need to bite it & can just swallow it. U can even felt there’s fish meat in the otah unlike some other otah which not fish meat but just only the paste…its not spicy in fact juicy…

last dish, here’s come the vege (called as kang kong)…not really that nice cos the vege is soft & not that spicy, think they put a bit of chilly only (sambal)…I prefer my own fry of this vege (not saying that I’m clever in cooking) much better than this plate…think they boiled the vege 1st & then fry it with other ingredients…this can save more time for the chef to cook other dishes… as for me, I will fry the ingredients & later the vege w/o boil itt & like this, u can taste the vege better & taster…

Yes, I’m really very annoyed & frustrated as well…so I decided to login complaint to SBS Transit.

Think it’s my 1st time waited for a bus for more than 30mins…it’s so ridiculous, rite? I reached the Interchange berth of the bus no. at 6.45pm & already got more than 15 commuters waiting for the bus but end up, all commuters including me waited till the bus arrived on time of 7.15pm. WHAT THE HELL!!!

In my heart started to scold “SHIT”, “DAMN IT” & “F***”… When I aboard the bus, I told the bus captain straightly that we have waited for 30mins & you know what… Damn it…he just nodded his head w/o any apologized to commuters that have waited so long…think he already expected that he will get some complaints from commuters & yes, I’m the one who had login complaint & I also heard other commuters said they will also complaint…

In the complaint feedback, I strongly suggested to SBS that they should improve Bus Captain to be more responsible on the timing or is it he forgot about the timing or is it the schedule was planned earlier for commuters to wait that long…normally schedule waited around 15-20mins which is already very long…

Moreover, SBS Transit announced previously that they will improve the arrival timing but how come this bus let us waited so long?? And even got the intention to increase fares due to fuel increase in order to cover their expenses of buying new buses…

Sometime, I got doubts on how SBS Transit did their maintenance for those buses as I encountered twice on the same day & next day that the “same no. plate” of bus broke down in half journey & all commuters had to alight & of cos we’re able to get back our fares but this caused us have to wait for the next bus & this time, the next bus was jammed up with too much commuters…

Think SBS Transit should do more training & improvement in order not to let commuters waited so long, unless, there’s traffic jam that we cant predict…

I was late home & was so hungry & keep drinking water…Damn It…

My Own Kimchi

Just want to share my feeling on doing own Kimchi wif U... ;D

I yet go to Korea but soon one day coming…

My first tried on Kimchi was I bought a small packet from Cold Storage & from there, I like it…some how, one day while reading Chinese newspaper & found this article that taught us how to do Kimchi & from there, I didn’t buy Kimchi from outside in fact, I do it myself always…

from my own opinion that no just follow what recipes indicate, while doing, we still have to taste it ourselves to suit our taste whether to move on further or not...my first time doing it, i followed all the way & didnt taste it & end up its SALTY...

big cabbage, use salt to marinate for at least 4-6hrs…let some juices from the cabbage drip off… after that rinse it with water & let the water drain off..

this is the water that dripped off from the cabbage after use salt to marinate it

Garlic, onions (I prefer 2 kind of onions to make the paste tasty), ginger as well…

chop those into cubes & cut the cabbage into thin strips...you can choose not to cut the cabbage till you want to eat it...its up to you...

slice the carrot & white carrot (u can choose to add it or not to...)

next step is blend all garlic, onion & ginger together...after blend, add some salt, sugar & fish saucer (u can choose to use prawn paste, so you need not to use those above)... (remember to taste it)...dont just happily scoop few teaspoons & end up...Ooops...)

go to korean store to buy their chilly & add some sesame if you like it...dont worry...the chilly not HOT....

use zipper freezer bag to put your Kimchi & put in your fridge...as for my style, i will wait till 3 weeks later than eat it cos at that time, you can really taste it better..

so start from today counting, my Kimchi will be ready about this month-end..YuMmY...

Stupid bushes block my view…

yeah…u can see accident involved 2 cars (happened this morning)…accident happened at Ang Mo Kio Flyover tunnel…luckily no one gets hurt…this area already happened many times of accidents & recently ard month ago, happened in midnight...a very LOUD crashed woke me up & caused me cant sleep few hours cos my “ZHOU GONG”(sleeping god) was scared away from it…heehee…

I’m not a driver but a passenger. Be a driver MUST be CAUTION & CAREFUL while driving even if you’re alone or with any passenger aside…

I know some drivers like to drive 100km/h or abv as to feel the speeding...even if i'm a driver to be, i will also like to feel the speeding but however, still have to bear in mind that SAFETY 1st... don't just feel the "SHIOK" (feeling) of speeding & later cause accident & end up happen unfortunate thing that you will regret but cant turn back the clock...

It’s a pity to us that she decided to leave us cos we relied on her…but however & anyway…still wishes her ALL THE BEST & GOOD LUCK…

Actually, I have a nick name given by my Ah Pa (my dad), that’s “Queen of Chicken” (鸡后). My Ah Pa said that my previous life was a “worm” & suddenly some how one day was eaten up by a chicken…& there goes my ending “worm” life into the chicken’s stomach…so now, in this life, its my turn to take revenge…haha…that’s why I LOVE to eat chicken…

Got one time, me & my frenz went to Pasir Ris Park (nice beach there)…there’s a stall selling roast chicken…I ordered 10 chicken wings with drums…I told my frenz that sorry, its not for you to eat…I myself eat all but of cos left some & I brought back home..hahaha…

My Feeling for China Earth Quake (Si Chuan)

So SAD & almost tears out.
No words can expressed my feeling on this earth quake that caused lots of people died & lost their loved ones. This sudden shake happened in early morning that most children are having their classes & no where to escape.
On that actual date, my Shanghai colleague msn me that her side can felt shaking & lots of people running out from their office building but they didn’t, yet continue working. So I joked with her that cos all of you are "superman" & "superwoman" that wearing RED underwear that can fly out easily & quickly. Both of us laughed.

Think of this, I do encounter it b4, that’s last year if I’m not wrong when Indonesia was hit by earth quake. At first, my colleague felt some dizziness & thought she's sicked but later, it’s my turn to felt dizziness this time, my 6th sense immediately told me that "earth quake" & we all evacuated but we still dare to took lift down. Hahaha

SINGAPORE, we are very lucky to live in this country that doesn’t have such disaster. We must learn to cherish our surrounding loves one & not wait till they are gone.
