Healthy start from Vegetables & Fruits



"Eat fruits and vegetables" is one of the best tried and true recommendations for a healthy diet. Eating plenty of vegetables and fruits can help you ward off heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure, prevent some types of cancer, avoid a painful intestinal ailment called diverticulitis, and guard against cataract and macular degeneration, two common causes of vision loss.

Doesn’t work as edible for vege and fruit

Most average people’s idea on eating vegetables & fruits are beneficial to health.
But regarding to those people who suffered from chronic kidney function barrier, vegetables & fruits, were usually considered that is helpful to lower the blood pressure naturally in food including the high potassium ingredient, long-term edible instead, its affects the kidney function. To the person who's kidney function not good, the potassium can aggravate the ingredient which the kidney works, causes the damage to the kidney.


Solution: Science edible vegetables
If contracts the chronic kidney function barrier, should pay attention to the suitable edible vegetables, avoids having the influence to the kidney. Do not drink too thick vegetables fruit juice, the hot pot soup, the vegetable soup, the diet take lightly as suitable.

Keep fruit out where you can see it. That’s only way you'll be more likely to eat it.

Get some every meal, every day. Try filling half your plate with vegetables or fruit at each meal. Serving up salads, stir fry, or other fruit and vegetable-rich fare makes it easier to reach this goal. Bonus points if you can get some fruits and vegetables at snack time, too.

Explore the produce aisle and choose something new. Variety is the key to a healthy diet. Get out of a rut and try some new fruits and vegetables—include dark green leafy vegetables; yellow, orange, and red fruits and vegetables; cooked tomatoes; and citrus fruits.

You may wonder why lemon & fish cos I LOVE to drink lemon juice.
Listen carefully, only "Lemon" juice w/o ice water & sugar. You may say I’m "SIAO" (crazy) but I really like that kind of taste that really make me feel FRESH up.

As for Fish, everyone know that it’s a very healthy white meat rather than other red meats like pork, beef & lamb. I want to stay Fresh & Healthy...
